1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using SolComp Network services, including our API, website, and SolComp Connect software, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. Description of Service
SolComp Network provides a decentralized AI inference network on Solana, enabling developers to access AI compute resources and GPU owners to earn rewards by contributing compute power.
3. API Usage
Rate Limits: API usage is subject to rate limits based on your tier. Exceeding limits may result in temporary throttling.
Acceptable Use: You agree not to use the API for illegal activities, generating harmful content, or any purpose that violates applicable laws.
API Keys: You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Node Operator Terms
Hardware Requirements: Nodes must meet minimum hardware specifications. Hardware tier assignment is based on automated benchmarks.
Rewards: Rewards are calculated based on uptime, task completion, and hardware tier. Rewards are paid in $SOLC tokens to your connected Solana wallet.
Uptime: Consistent uptime is encouraged. Frequent disconnections may affect reward eligibility.
Software Updates: You agree to keep SolComp Connect updated to the latest version for security and compatibility.
5. Payments and Fees
API Pricing: API usage is billed per token processed. Current pricing is available on our pricing page.
Payment Methods: We accept SOL and USDC via connected Solana wallets.
No Refunds: All payments are final. Credits are non-refundable.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific response times, or model accuracy. Decentralized networks are inherently variable.
7. Limitation of Liability
SolComp Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or site announcement.
